SIPTU Activity Sector Organiser, Denis Hynes, suggests employees are particularly fearful about the circumstance.
“The staff are extremely concerned about revelations that there is a possibility if funding is not found in the subsequent selection of months that you can find a serious danger of the affiliation likely into insolvency,” he claimed.
“Which is a huge problem for us all and the ripple influence and the significant affect that could have in local community football is unthinkable.”
