BOSTON (AP) — Celeb chef Mario Batali has pleaded not guilty to an allegation that he forcibly kissed and groped a lady at a Boston restaurant in 2017.
The court entered a not responsible plea to a charge of indecent assault and battery on Batali’s behalf all through a short listening to in a Boston court on Friday. Batali was produced and purchased to keep absent from the girl.
The lady states Batali recognized her getting a picture of him and invited her to consider a selfie with him. The female suggests Batali then groped and kissed her consistently with out her consent.
Batali’s attorney has said the cost is “without merit” and Batali expects to be vindicated.
