A car struck and seriously hurt a pedestrian Tuesday in a Teralta East-spot intersection.
The accident at Highland and College avenues occurred about 10 a.m., according to San Diego law enforcement.
Medics took the victim, a girl in her 60s, to Scripps Mercy Clinic in Hillcrest for remedy of severe head trauma, stated Officer Billy Hernandez.
