A range of historical documents and accounts had been also examined for the examine, which is printed in the Journal of Archaeological Science.
Dr Julie Dunne, of the University of Bristol, stated: “All too usually in background the detail, for case in point foods and clothing, of the every day daily life of regular people today is unidentified.
“Traditionally, we emphasis on the critical historical figures as these are the people mentioned in ancient documents.
