Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Denny Laine, co-founder of Wings and The Moody Blues, will deliver his “Songs and Stories” tour to Wall Avenue Theater in Norwalk on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Tickets are on sale Friday, June 21, at 10 a.m.
Laine will be carrying out unplugged variations of tracks from all through his vocation, together with the at the rear of the scenes stories, in this solo show.
At the peak of the British Invasion, Laine was a single of the most recognizable voices on the new music scene as the guide singer of the Moody Blues.
Lane left the Moody Blues and fashioned The Electric String Band, opening for Jimi Hendrix in London. He joined Balls and Ginger Baker’s Air Drive, and then, in 1971, he co-founded Wings with Paul McCartney, dominating the airwaves during the 1970s.
Given that Wings ended, Lane has liked a thriving solo job. In April 2018, he was inducted into the Rock & Roll Corridor of Fame as a founding member of The Moody Blues.
