Beyonce has unveiled the new music video for Spirit, her song featuring in Disney’s are living-action remake of The Lion King.
The singer and actress, who lends her voice to the character of Nala in the film, premiered the video clip on US Tv set.
She explained to ABC News’s Robin Roberts the concept of the video clip is “to present how God is the painter and purely natural magnificence in nature requirements no artwork route.
“It’s the magnificence of color, the attractiveness of melanin, the attractiveness of tradition.”
The video is interspersed with clips from The Lion King and sees Beyonce sitting down in the center of a desert while sporting a flowing red and pink robe.
Her 7-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, also helps make an appearance.
Spirit is part of Beyonce’s The Lion King: The Reward album, an accompaniment to the movie. The album features Jay-Z, Pharrell Williams and Kendrick Lamar.
Jay-Z seems on the tune Mood 4 Eva when Blue Ivy is featured on Brown Pores and skin Lady.

Beyonce explained the soundtrack as a “love letter to Africa, including: “And I desired to make positive we uncovered the finest talent from Africa, and not just use some of the appears and did my interpretation of it.
“I wished it to be authentic to what is attractive about the tunes in Africa.”
The album functions a large use of drums, Beyonce explained, as very well as “incredible new appears blended with some of the producers from America”.
The Lion King: The Present will be introduced on July 19, at the similar time the movie comes in cinemas.
