Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo on Thursday stated how President Donald Trump’s approach to deploy Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers to raid households of undocumented immigrants is “creating havoc in our local community.”

Acevedo told CNN’s Don Lemon that the U.S.-born small children of immigrants had approached him at boards indicating, “I’m scared to go to school, I’m concerned to leave the residence, I’m concerned to come household and find my mothers and fathers are long gone.”

“Those fears are authentic,” the main said.

Raids by ICE agents are slated to get started on Sunday, The New York Periods described.
