The 21-yr-previous gentleman accused of carrying out the deadly mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, confessed just after surrendering and said he had been concentrating on Mexicans, US police said.

El Paso Detective Adrian Garcia reported in an arrest warrant affidavit that Patrick Crusius emerged with his hands up from a automobile stopped at an intersection soon after previous Saturday’s attack and instructed officers: “I’m the shooter.”
